  Wir hören gemeinsam die 1. Episode „The Body“ mit Sonya Renee Taylor aus dem Finding our way Podcast (english) (https://www.findingourwaypodcast.com/individual-episodes/s1e1).
  Danach möchten wir uns gemeinsam in lockerer runde austauschen – ob alle gemeinsam, in Kleingruppen oder wie genau, können wir vor Ort gemeinsam schauen.
  Und wenn Du später keine Lust auf Gespräche hast, kannst Du auch gerne einfach zum Mithören kommen.

Wir sind keine Expert*innen für die verhandelten Themen, sondern einfach begeistert vom Podcast und haben Lust ihn gemeinsam anzuhören und Eindrücke und Gedanken zu teilen.

Zugänglichkeit / Infos
Wir treffen uns im EG vom Vario, der Raum sowie die Toilette sind berollbar, den Podcast hören wir über eine Boombox. Wenn du den Podcast lieber im eigenen Rythmus hören möchtest, nimm dein Handy und Kopfhörer mit. Der Podcast ist auf englisch, für jede Folge gibt es auch ein Transkript (ebenfalls in englisch). In welchen Sprachen wir uns später austauschen, hängt davon ab, wer da ist und welche Sprachkenntnisse vorhanden sind. Schweizerdeutsch, Schriftdeutsch, Englisch und Französisch ist aber sicher möglich. Das Gespräch wird ohne Verstärkung sein.

Finding Our Way is a conversation between Prentis and powerful social justice leaders, artists, and activists to discuss how to realize the world we want through our own healing and transformation.
This isn’t a podcast about answers.
It is an exploration into ourselves, and the skills we need to create and embody the world we want. Throughout the first season, we’ll be diving into topics like embodiment, boundaries, harm, and creativity.
It is a space to share struggles, mistakes, and distill some lessons learned from our journeys up to this point.

  Diskussion und Essen Autonomous Kitchen Council

🌽 Nahrung, Widerstand & Rituale für eine autonome Zukunft 🌽

Wie können kollektive Sorge und eine Revolution mit dem Land als Mittelpunkt aussehen? Lass uns zusammen Wege zeichnen und dabei Erfahrungen, Herausforderungen und Träume teilen!

Inspiriert von den Autonomous Kitchen Concil (AKC) Model vom Tierra Comida Libertad Kollektiv (von Indigenen Trans Frauen, migrantische Arbeiter’innen in der US), wollen wir uns mit Abundia Alvarado (Nahuatl-Apache Migrantin 2Spirits/Trans Femme vom Mexico, Tenochtitlan) über Organisationsformen und diese Prinzipien austauschen: partizipatorische Strukturen, rotierende Arbeit, lokale Solidarität und souveräne Lebensmittelkulturen.

Die Diskussion startet mit einem Input von Abundia. Wir werden zusammen kochen und essen.

Die basler Poetin liest Texte aus ihrem dritten Buch „MIX Traumräuber_innen“
Darin thematisiert Sie als PoC das Thema der Repression an den Grenzen Europas.

Performance by IPek:
A, wie Apfel Q, wie Queer (A for Apple, Q for Queer). This new gender alphabet offers stories and songs with a sharp eye and a warm heart. IPeks lyrics are in Turkish and Hungarian, the texts in German and English – there is always an uncertainty for almost every viewer. Come and listen to IPeks queerfeminist unusual ABC that mixes the characters of different languages.

Zugänglichkeit:

Das EG mit Sp!t / Bibliothek und die genderneutrale Toilette sind mit dem Rollstuhl zugänglich.
wegen dem eher schmalen Eingang und der Baustelle auf der Strasse mit grösseren Modellen aktuell jedoch erschwert. Die Küche im EG kann mit einer steilen Rampe berollt werden, bzw hat zwei Stufen.
Es gibt Sofas und stabile Stühle ohne Armlehnen.
Es gibt alkoholfreie Getränke gegen Spende.

🌽 Food, Resistance & Rituals for Autonomous Futures 🌽

Let us dream and re-imagine collectively our care practices and a revolution centered around the land.
Inspired from the Autonomus Kitchen Council (AKC) model proposed by the Tierra Comida Libertad collective (from indigenous trans women migrants/workers in the US) we will exchange with Abundia Alvarado (Nahuatl-Apache migrant 2Spirits/Trans femme from Mexico, Tenochtitlan) about our ways of organizing and about these principles : Participatory Structure, Rotational Work, Local Solidarity, Sovereign Food Cultures.

Come to share your experiences, struggles, questions and dreams with us!
Abundia will share and explain the AKC model to open a discussion. We’ll cook and eat together.

The Basel poet reads texts from her third book, “MIX Traumräuber_innen” (MIX Dream Thieves).
In it, she addresses the issue of repression at Europe’s borders from the perspective of a Person of Color.

The queer_feminist library is open in the context of the feminist congress in basel and offers you a cozy place to relax and socialize. The kitchen can be used to make tea and cook something. Come by to borrow books and zines, read, chill, talk to each other, snack, or just be!

Accessibility:

The library and gender-neutral toilet are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.
However, this is currently difficult with larger models due to the rather narrow entrance and the construction site on the street. The kitchen on the ground floor can be accessed via a steep ramp or has two steps.
There are sofas and sturdy chairs without armrests.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available for a donation.
The house is non-smoking.

La bibliothèque est ouverte dans le contexte du congrès féministe et vous offre un endroit confortable pour vous détendre et socialiser. La cuisine peut être utilisée pour préparer du thé et cuisiner. Venez emprunter des livres et des zines, lire, vous détendre, discuter, grignoter ou simplement passer du temps avec nous !

Accès:

La bibliothèque et les toilettes genre-neutrales se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée et sont accessibles en fauteuil roulant. Cependant, cela est actuellement difficile avec des modèles plus grands en raison de l’entrée plutôt étroite en combination avec le chantier dans la rue. La cuisine au rez-de-chaussée est accessible par une rampe raide ou comporte deux marches.
Il y a des canapés et des chaises stables sans accoudoirs.
Des boissons non alcoolisées sont disponibles contre un don.
